Endurance Sports Travel owner, Ken Glah, has now joined forces with Mid-Atlantic Multisport to be able to help more athletes achieve their athletic goals. This partnership provides endurance athletes of all ages and ability levels with the expertise and support necessary to achieve their health and fitness goals.

Athletes can choose between personalized training programs or a 15 to 20 week race specific training program leading up to the many races for which Endurance Sports Travel has tours.

Mid-Atlantic Multisport (Mid-Atlantic Multisport) is the official coaching partner of Endurance Sports Travel and whether you are looking to complete your first Ironman race or hoping to secure a slot to Kona, Mid-Atlantic Multisport can provide you with the expertise and guidance you need to achieve your goals.


About Ken Glah & Endurance Sports Travel

Ken has been involved with endurance sports for 40 years now, first as a runner and then over the last 29 years as a triathlete. Ken has coached athletes of all abilities and developed his training philosophies alongside the biggest names in the sport triathlon since the early 80's. After over 20 years of professional racing all over the world, Ken turned his focus to helping athletes with their training and their travel to destination races with their families.

15-WEEK IRONMAN BRAZIL TRAINING PROGRAM

Designed exclusively for Endurance Sports Travel athletes racing in Brazil, this 15-week training program includes everything you will need to properly prepare, taper, race and recover from your Ironman in Brazil. An affordable solution for athletes who may not desire the level of coaching involvement included with our Performance Coaching Services.

The 15-week program for Ironman Brazil starts on March 1st, runs through the race and your recovery ending on June 13th.

TRIATHLON BOOT CAMP

Mid-Atlantic Multisport's acclaimed Triathlon Boot Camps combine informative classroom sessions, supervised group training and individual analysis and feedback.  These three-day multisport clinics and training camps are led by Ken Glah and the Mid-Atlantic Multisport coaching staff.  The timing of the Spring Triathlon Boot Camp (March 19-21) is ideal for your Ironman Brazil preparation.
